Charter school’s are their own Local Education Agencies (LEA). For enrollment at a charter, contact the charter school of your choice directly. A list of Charter schools authorized by Fresno Unified School District can be found here.
A charter school is a public school, independently operated and governed by its own board that can provide instruction in any grades TK-12.
A charter school is granted authorization to operate in the school boundaries of an existing local public school board or county board of education.
Any student residing in Fresno County or any adjacent county may attend the charter school – there are no attendance boundaries. Families or guardians are responsible for transportation to a charter.
